Who won Boston the year of the Rosie Ruiz hoax?

It just goes to show that it's better to be a fraud than run a true race, if your only goal is publicity.  Jacqueline Gareau, 1980 Boston Marathon Champion, is still the only Canadian woman to win Boston.  And she is still running strong.
