Marathon, fundraising honor veteran’s fellow Marines

Thu, 22 Oct. 2009 - 7:21 a.m. MT

22,000 people will line up for the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, DC on Sunday, most of them first-timers.   A pulp writer would say, 22,000 stories.  Tony Rider is one of those stories, a marine vet who feels fortunate he is still whole after deployments in Iraq.  He is running to support the Wounded Warriors Project.
