Kiplagat, Makau Out of NYC Half-Marathon

Americans Ryan Hall and Deena Kastor will be in the spotlight at the NYC Half-Marathon on August 16.  Lornah Kiplagat, who set the half-marathon world record two years ago, and Patrick Makau have withdrawn because of injuries.
