How to Avoid Heatstroke

AMAA Board Member Doug Casa (Department of Kinesiology, University of Connecticut) suffered heatstroke during competition.  He since made it his mission to research the phenomenon, and help others avoid the potentially life threatening condition.  He's a recognized expert on heat illness, and is mentioned prominently in this New York Times article/blog.
