From Cacapon to San Diego: A Cross Country Season of hills, spills and glory

The West Springfield (VA) XC Team's season included invitational wins at the Willam & Mary Invite, the Hagen Stone Classic in Greensboro NC (both teams), a return to States for the Girl's Squad and one person's ride to Footlocker Finals in San Diego in early December.  Some know that ARA's Dave Watt is an assistant coach for his daughter's alma mater and has been sharing his experience with photos and stories.  This slideshow is an attempt to capture all that is thecamaraderie of cross country running in high school.
