New Jersey - Financial Relief for Family Caregivers
 
 

New Jersey PAAD Program - Pharmacy Assistance to the Aged and Disabled - provides financial assistance to persons who are ill, to help pay for medications. Call them at 609-588-7049 or 800-792-9745.

Cancer Care - provides local financial assistance to help people with all cancers in New Jersey. Financial help is available for transportation, pain medications, home care, and child care. For more information visit Cancer Care website, www.cancercare.org, or call toll-free, 800-813-HOPE.

Emmanuel Cancer Foundation - provides services to pediatric cancer patients in the areas of financial assistance, meals, recreational, holiday party and summer picnic, and material assistance such as groceries, toys, clothing, and household items. Contact them at 908-322-4323.  

Lasting Connections - offers a wide array of services, including cash payments, pre-paid phone cards, and even counseling on how best to stretch telecommunications capabilities. Grants up to $500 are provided to families facing a serious medical crisis with emphasis on children. Call 973-575-2903 or refer to their web site at www.lastingconnections.org. 

Catastrophic Illness and Children's Relief Fund - provides financial assistance to children with any diagnosis under the age of 18 who reside in New Jersey. Call toll-free at 800-335-3863.
