New Hampshire - Financial Relief for Family Caregivers |

The Medicine Program - provides free
prescription medicine to those who qualify. Call for more

Catastrophic Illness - provides
$2,000 a year to low-income residents who require extensive
treatment for cancer, cystic fibrosis, end-stage renal disease,
hemophilia, or spinal cord injury. Contact them at 800-852-3345,

Local Town and City Welfare Department
- offers direct relief to low-income individuals in the form
of vouchers paid directly to vendors for such needs as food,
rent, and utilities. For more information contact the number
above or check under "Government, City/Town" in the Yellow Pages
for the phone number. In smaller towns contact the Board of
