Nebraska - Financial Relief for Family Caregivers
 
 

Department of Health and Human Services - Aid for Dependent Children (ADC) - provides cash assistance to low-income families with minor children. ADC income is used to pay for family living expenses ex: rent, utilities, food, clothing, and other necessities. Contact them at 402-471-9431.  

Cozad Association of Churches - offers emergency aid to people in financial distress with rent, utilities and food in Dawson County. Contact them by mail: P.O. Box 405, Highway 30 and Meridian, Cozad  NE  69130. 

Panhandle Community Services - provides emergency aid vouchers for food, rent, utilities, gas, and prescriptions. As well as health services on a sliding scale. Bitner Warner Foundation - serves Scotts Bluff County. Assists persons and families with disabilities with information, referral and financial assistance for medical evaluation and therapy, equipment and transportation. Mailing address: 290035 Main Road, Miniature, NE  69356 

Valley Christian Neighbors in Needs - provides emergency financial aid for paying rent, gas, electric and rental assistance of small houses for emergency housing. Mailing address is 2314 3rd Avenue, Box 349, Scotts Bluff, NE 69361
