Franciscan Connection
- the Franciscans of the Sacred Heart Province began this
ministry for the poor and needy of South St. Louis. Financial
assistance is offered in the form of vouchers for utilities.
Limited financial aid for utilities for those residing on
designated streets in zip code areas: 63111 (Meramec, River,
Walsh, and Grand Blvd.) and 63118 (Sidney, Jefferson, Meramec,

Living Faith Foursquare
Church - Operation Blessing - provides limited financial
assistance for rent or mortgage payments, emergency needs in
situations of catastrophic loss (fire, flood, earthquake),
utility bills (water, electricity, gas). Requests will only be
considered if a letter is attached from a pastoral or agency
representative. Payments will be sent directly to the creditor.
