2 lbs trimmed pork chop cutlets 1 lb carrots, frozen or fresh 1 pint orange juice 2 oz. oil Italian seasoning spices
Preparation
time: 30 minutes
Diet condition: low fat, low salt |
Cut pork chops into
stew size meat.
Brown meat on both sides.
Once 'all' meat browned, add seasonings and spices,
cover pot and let stew on medium to low flame for about 1
hour.
Stir occasionally and add water as needed.
Add carrots. Cover pot and continue stewing for about 1
hour.

Instructions |
1 lb low fat ground beef
1 egg
3/4 Cup Quick Oats
1/4 Cup Milk
tsp Garlic Salt or Garlic Powder
1 Tbs Dehydrated Chopped Onion
1 Tbs Worchestershire Sauce
2 Cans Mushroom Gravy with 1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce added.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Number of servings: 6 |

Put it all into a bowl and mix it up real
well.
Form into 6 patties and brown in skillet.
Transfer to
baking dish and cover with the gravy.
Bake 350 degrees for 30
minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes
Diet condition: Forgive this one but they can't chew and
this stays together and is soft enough. Looks nice on the plate. |
