WV and DC added to the “Battle”

The 4th Battle of the Potomac XC (Cross Country) Championship will be staged once again on the rolling hills of Smokey Glen Farm in Gaithersburg Maryland on November 21, 2009.   Girls and Boys who do their own battles all fall in the high school cross country season will join forces to pit State vs State that border the Potomac River.  The District of Columbia and West Virginia runners are invited to compete in the “Potomac Cup” competition in 2009, provided they field at least 10 runners in the Seeded races.

Age limit is 18

OPEN and SEEDED races are limited to high school age boys and girls

Middle School 2500m races are open to 6th – 7th – 8th grade boys and girls
