And the winners are...
What do caregiving workbooks, medication
systems, terrific books, Wellness Wizards and MIT
all have in common? These are descriptions of some
of our 2011 Caregiver Friendly Award winners. They
also represent thousands of hours of loving labor by
their creators, producers and manufacturers, all
working with one thought in common, "What can I do
to help the life of the family caregiver become
easier?"
Every year since 2001, we have been truly
impressed by the quality of the entries into the
award program; but what I am most excited about is
the wide variety of industries that are now sending
in entries and the incredible work they are
producing with family caregivers in mind. This year
marks the ninth anniversary of the Caregiver
Friendly Awards and what better way to honor our
award winners than at the 110th Fearless Caregiver
Conference. The event will be held on July 14th in
Boca Raton, Florida. Hope you can join us.
Note to all past, present and future Caregiver
Friendly Award winners: after the celebration, it's
back to your workshops. We can hardly wait for the
next big thing you are cooking up for us.
