What does it mean if I have Dry HEAVES (Vomiting reflex)
I'm a 5' 11", 185-pound, 45 year-old male runner with 30 years experience. I do about 30 or 40 miles per week between 7:30 and 8:30 pace, plus one speed session weekly. Only in recent years, I've developed a problem with dry heaves. I used to get them about once a year, but now it's several times a week. I even had to stop running for a while because it got so unpleasant. I can't figure out what variations in eating, sleeping or training I could possibly have made that would cause this. The problem seems to be getting worse. What can I do?
