Hypertrophic interstitial partial tear of the peroneal tendon of my right ankle
An MRI revealed a Hypertrophic interstitial partial tear of the peroneal tendon of my right ankle (I sprained it in June 2009). My podiatrist told me that I need surgery to repair it.
I am not very favorable for the surgery. Do I risk to tear the tendon more if I keep doing trail running?
Right now, I don't have any pain when I run.
I need to decide what to do before December.
