I need information on how to obtain a dog for my wife who
is confined to a wheelchair with MS. Too many hoops/long
waiting list for a service dog. E.

CommentsHave you tried the SPCA. They have rescued dogs that need to be adopted. They train the dogs and try to match them up with the right home. They are older dogs (not puppies). Some have come from homes where the dogs have had training. There are dog therapy dogs also that perhaps could visit until you find a permanent dog for your wife. Good Luck.
